1. Agreement to Terms

WAC is not an advertising agency. We operate as a neutral platform that connects businesses with agencies and provides advisory services.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access to our Services at our sole discretion.

4. Membership and Payments

WAC offers various membership tiers with different benefits and pricing. Membership fees are billed annually and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

All fees are payable in advance. You agree to provide current, accurate payment information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.

4.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Membership automatically renews unless cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Access to Services continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Services to compete with or harm WAC
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are owned by WAC or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit resale or commercial use of our Services.

9. Termination
